Are there nearby marketplaces?
There's no wet market in the immediate area, but you'll find sari-sari stores, a talipapa, and seasonal fresh seafood from local fishermen nearby. For a full market run, we recommend Tobuan (Sual) or Alaminos.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are welcome! Pets are not allowed in the plunge pool, as the chlorine isn't safe for them. Any damages caused by pets will be charged accordingly.
Are food and drinks allowed?
Yes, feel free to bring your own food and drinks. We just ask that you drink responsibly.
Is there parking?
Yes, free parking is available within the premises. Off-site/lowland parking is also available for a fee if needed.
What's the maximum capacity?
We can accommodate 20–30 adults, including space for tent pitching for private/exclusive use. Kids below 5 years old are not counted toward capacity.
How do I make a reservation?
Simply send us your preferred date, headcount, and intended use (private or non-private). We'll provide a quotation within the day.
Can I request early check-in or late check-out?
Our standard schedule is 2:00 PM check-in and 12:00 PM check-out, as our team needs this time to properly prepare each room. Reach out and we'll do our best to accommodate special requests.
